Ms. Tallant is accountable for the accounting operations of UHV, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of GAAP accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets. She maintains the company’s compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. Ms. Tallant coordinates the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit(s) and the PPP loan program(s). She manages and maintains a system of controls over accounting transactions. Additionally, Ms. Tallant provides human resources for new hire documents, compliance, temporary disability insurance and workers’ compensation filings.
